課程概述 |
講授實驗動物科學的基本知識與觀念，包括包括動物實驗在生醫研究的重要性、影響動物實驗的因子、實驗動物品質（微生物）、實驗動物品質（基因）、實驗動物房舍管理、各種實驗動物生物學（包括小鼠、大鼠、倉鼠、天竺鼠、兔子、猿猴靈長類、犬貓豬等中大型動物、兩棲類、爬蟲類、水生魚蝦類）、基因改變動物於生醫研究之應用、實驗動物於生醫研究與動物試驗之應用、實驗動物相關法規與倫理簡介及實驗動物獸醫師於動物試驗與研究應扮演角色等，藉此課程作為學生於實驗動物科學的入門。
